Anne is the Creative Director for STS-Home Staging Boulder Foothills as well as an owner.  She has been a real estate investor since 2005.  As an investor, she has purchased and sold long term rentals and fix and flips.   

She has a keen eye for design, and uses both the elements of design and her expertise in buyer psychology and strategic staging to curate furniture collections selected for every job.  

She loves to help others to make their spaces feel like home and continues to mentor and help other investors to run a successful real estate portfolio. She is compassionate and strives to build trust with partnerships and relishes every opportunity to find something unique and interesting for every space she touches.
